At the helm of JSI as CEO, Sacha Gera brings over 20 years of experience in technology and business leadership in both start-ups and multinational organizations. With a career spanning notable organizations like Calian, IBM, and Nortel, Sacha has excelled in building high-performing teams and driving innovation at scale. His recent tenure at Calian resulted in the company’s expansion into the U.S. and substantial revenue growth, while prior to that, Sacha led the spinout of SaaS-based Kandy.io from Ribbon Communications. Gera is committed to steering JSI towards its next phase of growth, collaborating from top-to-bottom to address the evolving challenges in global security.
Leading JSI USA as President, Josh McKenna has over 20 years of experience in government and defense sectors. Known for his visionary leadership in mission-focused solutions, he’s passionate about the intersection of leading-edge technology with real-world application. Before joining JSI, Josh held executive and technical positions in diverse defense and security companies, ranging from DoD Command & Control platforms to specialized surveillance applications using LiDAR and machine vision. Josh also served in the US Army as a Signal Officer with tours in Korea, Germany, and Ramadi, Iraq.
Linda Billyard, a seasoned financial leader with over 30 years of experience, steers JSI’s financial course.
